Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 at the Galaxy Unpacked event on Wednesday. Samsung claims that its new flagship series packs AI tools like never before and these will provide users with a much more natural and context-aware mobile experience.

Here’s a closer look at the all-new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 features, specs, prices, and more.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra

The new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which promises better performance, powers the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It comes with 12GB of RAM, plus 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. A 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz graces the device.

A 200MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, a 10MP telephoto shooter, and a brand-new 50MP Ultrawide camera are all included in the camera system. Along with a 5,000 mAh battery, 45W wired charging speed, wireless charging capabilities, and IP68 water and dust protection, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will come pre-installed with Android 15-based One UI 7 and Galaxy AI features.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's base model (12GB+256GB) costs $1,299 (about Rs. 1,12,300); the 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB models are priced at $1,419 (about Rs. 1,22,700) and $1,659 (roughly Rs. 1,43,400), respectively.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus

The Galaxy S25 Plus model, like the Ultra, is upgraded to the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and One UI 7 has more intelligent features and AI capabilities. The phone has a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED QHD+ screen with an adaptable refresh rate of 1-120 Hz, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB/512GB of storage. A 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto make up the rear triple lens camera configuration. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus boasts a 4900mAh battery that supports 45W wired and wireless charging, as well as an IP68 grade for protection against water and dust.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus’ 12GB/256GB model costs $999 (about Rs. 86,400), while the price of its 12GB+512GB variant is $1,119, or around Rs. 96,700.

Samsung Galaxy S25

The base model in the S25 family has a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset for better performance and new software features powered by One UI 7. It has a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED FHD+ screen with an adaptive refresh rate of 1-120 Hz, and a camera system with 50MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto like the S25 Plus. The Samsung Galaxy S25 comes with 12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options. It packs a 4000mAh battery with 25W wired and wireless charging support, and is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance.

The entry-level Samsung Galaxy S25 model (12GB/128GB) is priced at $799, or around Rs. 69,100. The 12GB+256GB model will be available for $859, or around Rs. 74,300. Pricing details of the 12GB+512GB model are yet to be disclosed.
