Oppo F29 Series: Price, Camera, Battery, Chip And All You Wanted To Know

The Oppo F29 series has been launched today! The series consists of the Oppo F29 and Oppo F29 Pro smartphones and here we reveal the price, camera, battery, chip and other specs and features of these smartphones. Notably, Oppo F29 Pro 5G has been launched with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy SoC. Oppo is touting these smartphones' durability factor.

In its post on X announcing the launch, Oppo said, "The wait is over! Pre-order the all-new #OPPOF29Series5G– starting at ₹23,999! Featuring the stunning OPPO Glow design and a tough 360° Armor Body, this smartphone is made to shine and endure."

The vanilla Oppo F29 price starts at Rs 23,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and the 8GB + 256GB model costs Rs 25,000. It comes in Glacier Blue and Solid Purple colours. The smartphone is open for pre-orders on the Oppo India e-store and deliveries will start on March 27.

Oppo F29 Pro 5G price starts at Rs 27,999 for the 8GB + 128GB option, 256GB storage model is priced at Rs 29,999 and the 8GB and 12GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 31,999. Colour options available are Granite Black and Marble White. Shipping starts on April 1 and pre-orders are open.

Both the smartphones support AI LinkBoost Technology and Hunter Antenna Architecture. The company says that these specs help boost signal strength. The smartphones also feature a 360-degree Armour Body and meet military-grade MIL-STD-810H-2022 certification.

There is something that will appeal to the photo buffs - the smartphones support underwater photography . They tout IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water-resistant ratings.

While the base Oppo F29 5G packs the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, the Oppo F29 Pro has the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy SoC.

6. Oppo F29 battery consists of 6,500mAh power pack with 45W SuperVOOC charging support. F29 Pro battery is 6,000mAh and supports 80W SuperVOOC charging.
