Motorola Launches First Laptop In India: Check Price, Features Of Moto Book 60

Motorola has launched its maiden laptop, the Moto Book 60, in India. It will come in the Pantone colours that the brand is known for. The Moto Book will come in Bronze Green or Wedgewood tones. 

The laptop will have either an Intel Core 7 or an Intel Core 5 processor. Both variants will have 16 GB RAM with storage options of 512 GB or 1 TB. The Intel 7 version can have up to 32 GB RAM.

The Moto Book 60 features a 14-inch screen with 2.8K resolution and Dolby Atmos speakers. The device supports 500 nits peak brightness,  and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has a 60 W battery with USB-C charging and 65W TurboPower wired fast charging support.

The laptop has one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, an audio jack, two USB Type-C 3.2 ports, another USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Always On) port, HDMI 1.4, and one microSD card reader. It integrates Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

Motorola’s new laptop offerings will be available in India coming out in India on April 23. The version with an Intel Core 5 processor is priced at Rs 61,999, and the variant with an Intel Core 7 will cost Rs 69,999. Both models will be available on Motorola’s website, Flipkart and offline retailers. The Lenovo-owned company will launch the laptops in India only as of now, according to Laptop Mag. There is no confirmation about a potential US launch.

The brand is also launching a new tablet, the Moto Pad 60 Pro. The device will launch on April 23 as well and has features similar to the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro. The Android tablet includes a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chipset. In terms of storage, it can offer up to 256 GB of storage and up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM. A microSD slot can be used to increase storage by another 1 TB. The Moto Pad 60 Pro’s price starts at Rs 29,999

The Moto Pad Pro gets a 12.7-inch LTPS LCD with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and 2,944 x 1,840 resolution. The device offers a battery life of 35 hours with a big 10,200 mAh capacity battery. The device will come in Pantone Bronze Green shade. It will feature an 8MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera.
