The iPhone SE 4 from Apple is anticipated to launch worldwide in March 2025. For a while now, the device's rumours and leaks have been receiving media attention. However, there is now proof that the 48MP camera and OLED display that have been rumoured to be upgraded in the upcoming iPhone SE 4 are being manufactured in preparation for the release.

According to reports based on information from industry insiders, LG Innotek and LG Display, along with other regular Apple partners like BOE, are supplying the cameras and screens for the upcoming iPhone SE. LG Innotek has reportedly started manufacturing the parts in a Vietnamese factory, supporting earlier leaks on specifications and the anticipated release date.

Apple iPhone SE 4 is likely to include a single 48 MP rear camera. It could also get a 12 MP front sensor for selfies and video calls. Apple calls the 48 MP wide angle lens on the back of the latest iPhone 16 a "Fusion" lens, since it can be utilised for both regular and cropped-in 2x zoom images.

Additionally, the iPhone 16 has a 12 MP TrueDepth camera on the front. According to reports, the fourth-generation iPhone SE may have the same camera configuration, sans the ultrawide camera.

The iPhone SE 4 is likely to have an all-display design like the iPhone 14, with a 6.1-inch display and OLED display technology in place of LCD. The phone is also reportedly going to include Face ID instead of the Touch ID security interface for the first time. A USB-C port, the iPhone 14 battery, 8GB of RAM to support Apple Intelligence, and possibly, a multipurpose Action button in place of the mute switch are among other rumoured features.

The iPhone SE 4 is further expected to be the first gadget to use a 5G processor created by Apple. Additionally, Apple could power the phone with Apple Intelligence features such as Writing Tools, new Siri and Image Playground.
