Zen Technologies Ltd. is set to announce the results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 on Saturday.

Incorporated in 1993, Zen Technologies designs, develops and manufactures state-of-the-art Combat Training Solutions for the training of Defence & Security Forces worldwide, according to the company's official website.

The company also provides Counter-Drone Solutions for safeguarding the borders, critical infrastructures etc. Zen Technologies is headquartered in Hyderabad, India with offices in India, UAE and USA.

In an exchange filing on May 10, Zen Technologies said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 17 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

It will also consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for FY25.

As per SEBI guidelines to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 to May 19.

The company has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 19 from 3:30 p.m. to discuss the results for Q4 and FY25. 

The company reported a 42.95% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to Rs 42.67 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 29.85 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income increased 67.95% YoY to Rs 174.25 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 103.75 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 90.7% YoY to Rs 114.78 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 60.19 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Shares of Zen Technologies have rallied 21.54% in the past five trading sessions. In the last month, the stock has increased by 14.28% but in the past six months, it has fallen 2.73%. Over the past year, it has jumped 78.68%. On a year-to-date basis, it has declined 31.08%.

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 2,627 apiece on the NSE on Dec. 24, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 893.95 apiece on June 5, 2024.

Zen Technologies' share price surged 5% to hit the upper circuit at Rs 1,709.40 apiece on the NSE on Thursday. This compares to a 0.14% advance in the benchmark Nifty 50.
