In an exchange filing, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Monday, April 21, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
It will also consider and approve the recommendation of dividends, if any, for FY25.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company is closed for designated persons of the company from March 25 to April 23.

For the third quarter of FY25, Tata Investment Corporation reported a 63% year-on-year decline in profit after tax to Rs 19.61 crore from Rs 53.24 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. The total revenue from operations nosedived 92.66% to Rs 3.71 crore in Q3 FY25 as against Rs 50.55 crore in the year-ago period. Total income plunged by 92.64% to Rs 3.8 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 51.62 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
