Reliance Industries Ltd. will declare the financial results of the company for the first quarter of financial year 2025-26 on July 18, according to an exchange filing on Friday.
"...a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 18, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025," the filing stated.
"The company will hold an analyst meet, post Board Meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter," it added.
In the preceding quarter ended March, Reliance Industries operating margin fell significantly, marking its steepest dip in ten quarters due to pressure from its oil and gas division.
The oil-to-telecom conglomerate reported a margin of 16.8%, down by 148 basis points compared to the previous quarter. This represents the largest drop since the second quarter of fiscal 2023.

Shares of RIL closed 1.45% lower at Rs 1,495 apiece on the NSE, as compared to a 0.81% fall in benchmark Nifty 50. The stock has fallen 5.41% in the last 12 months and 23.02% on a year-to-date basis.
Out of 37 analysts tracking the company, 34 maintain a 'buy' rating, one recommends a 'hold,' and two suggest 'sell,' according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies an upside of 5.5%.
