Q1 Results Today: BEL, Mazagon Dock, Adani Green, IndusInd Bank, NTPC Green Among 92 Firms To Declare Earnings

Adani Total Gas, Gail (India), Motherson Sumi Wiring, Railtel, and Waaree Energies, among others, will also declare their quarterly earnings on Monday.

As many as 92 companies will report their Q1FY26 results on July 28, providing details about their financial performance for the April to June period. This will mark the first quarterly results of these companies for the financial year 2025-26.

Key metrics to watch in these earnings reports include revenue, profit, margins and growth guidance, among others. The results will help investors gain perspective on consumption trends, growth outlook and sectoral trends.

Some companies with strong profits might announce dividends as a reward for their shareholders.

The details regarding this will be discussed at the upcoming Board Meetings of these firms on July 28. Most of these companies are expected to hold conference calls with analysts and investors to discuss Q1FY26.

Adani Green Energy Q4FY25 Results

Adani Green Energy’s consolidated revenue from power supply increased 37% YoY in Q4FY25 to Rs 2,666 crore from Rs 1,941 crore a year ago. Ebitda stood at Rs 2,453 crore, rising 35% compared to Rs 1,811 crore in the year-ago quarter. Its Ebitda margin remained stable at 91%, compared to 91.3% a year ago. The company’s consolidated net profit stood at Rs 383 crore versus Rs 310 crore in Q4FY24.

Bharat Electronics Q4FY25 Results

Bharat Electronics reported a strong Q4FY25 performance with consolidated revenue from operations rising 7% year-on-year to Rs 9,149.5 crore, up from Rs 8,564 crore in Q4FY24. Net profit jumped 18% to Rs 2,127 crore against Rs 1,797 crore in the year-ago quarter. Ebitda grew 23% to Rs 2,815.5 crore, compared to Rs 2,287.5 crore in Q4FY24. Ebitda margin improved significantly to 30.8% from 26.7%. The company’s order book stood at Rs 71,650 crore as of April 1, 2025.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Q4FY25 Results

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders reported a marginal rise in consolidated revenue from operations in Q4FY25 at Rs 3,174 crore, compared to Rs 3,104 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. Ebitda dropped 54% to Rs 400 crore from Rs 873 crore a year ago. The state-owned company’s profit after tax fell 51% YoY to Rs 325 crore from Rs 663 crore in Q4FY24.
