L&T Technology Services Ltd. will announce the results for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1 FY26) this week. The company has a presence in over 25 countries. The engineering and technology services arm of the L&T Group has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on July 16 to discuss the results for Q1FY26. Here are the key details about the L&T Technology Services’ Q1FY26 results schedule.

In an exchange filing dated June 30, the company announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on July 16 to consider and approve the results for Q1FY26.

"We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Reports thereon," the company informed the bourses. 

The company has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on July 16 at 7 p.m. to discuss the results for Q1FY26.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company is closed for all designated persons from July 1 until 48 hours after the declaration of results for Q1FY26. The trading window will remain closed in compliance with the guidelines issued by SEBI to prevent insider trading.

“The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/Officers, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company defined under the Code from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Friday, July 18, 2025 (both days inclusive),” according to the exchange filing. 

Shares of L&T Technology Services were trading 1.64% lower at Rs 4,338.10 apiece on the NSE at 2:54 p.m. on Monday, compared to a 0.25% decline in the benchmark Nifty50 at 25,086.10.

The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs 6,000 on Aug. 29, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 3,966 apiece on the NSE on Apr. 7, 2025.
