Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd., or Ireda, posted a nearly 49% jump in its consolidated net profit during the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
The company posted a bottomline of Rs 502 crore during the quarter under review, as compared to Rs 337 crore in the year-ago period.
The revenue from operations climbed 37% to Rs 1,905 crore, as against Rs 1,391.3 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
The non-banking financial company's loan book reached Rs 75,319.98 crore as of March 31, 2025, marking a rise of 28% as compared to Rs 58,775.09 crore in the year-ago period.

In the preceding quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, Ireda had reported strong financial results. The company's revenue from operations rose by 35.57% to Rs 1,698.99 crore, while profit after tax saw an uptick of 26.77% to Rs 425.37 crore.
Before the fourth quarter results were declared, shares of Ireda on Tuesday closed 8.29% higher at Rs 166.98 apiece on NSE, compared to 2.19% rise in the Nifty 50. The scrip is up by 5.28% in the last 12 months and declined by 22.43% on a year-to-date basis.
