Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Zomato Ltd., NHPC Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd. and Mankind Pharma Ltd. will be the stocks to watch before going into trade on Friday.

Tata Motors: The company announced a price hike of up to 2% on its range of trucks and buses, which will come into effect on Jan. 1. The price hike was made to counterbalance the rising cost of inputs.
HAL: The firm will supply 12 Su-30MKI aircrafts and associated equipment to the Indian Air Force for Rs 13,500 crore. The Ministry of Defence had inked a deal with HAL on Thursday. The aircraft is set to have indigenous content of 62.6%, bolstered by the many components to be manufactured by the local defence industry.
NHPC: The company has updated its borrowing plan for fiscal 2024–25, proposing to raise up to Rs 6,900 crore through non-convertible debentures. Of this amount, Rs 2,600 crore will be raised in one or more tranches via private placement as part of the overall plan.
Zomato: The firm's quick commerce arm Blinkit, unveiled Bistro, which is the firm's foray into the 10-minute food delivery arena. It has been issued an order by the Maharashtra tax authority to pay pending GST dues of Rs 401 crore, along with a penalty of Rs 401 crore.
Ashok Leyland: The company's Russian arm was voluntarily liquidated. The arm will no longer be a step-down subsidiary of the company, after the liquidation. The firm announced that it had secured an order for the value of Rs 345.6 crore to supply 1,475 BSVI diesel passenger bus chassis to the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corp.
Kalpataru Projects International: The government of Mauritania had raised objections, leading to a revised penalty demand of around Rs 73 lakh for the company. Previously, the government had issued a penalty order of Rs 1.4 crore.
Adani Green Energy: Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Ltd., established three new wholly owned subsidiaries: Adani Green Energy Sixty Five Ltd., Adani Green Energy Sixty Six Ltd. and Adani Green Energy Sixty Seven Ltd.
Mankind Pharma: The company received a GST order of Rs 2 lakh for fiscals 2018 and 2019 from the CGST Superintendent in Dehradun. The company said the demand, including penalty, levied is arbitrary and unjustified. The firm said it is exploring options available to take appropriate steps, which may include the filing of an appeal if required.
GHCL: The company has obtained environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for its Soda Ash Greenfield Project in Kutch, Gujarat.
Welspun Corp: The company completed the divestment process of Sintex Logistics. Sintex Logistics will no longer be a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the company.
