Share price falls 4.22% at Rs 1,745.60.
Net Premium earned up 19.6% at Rs 5,226 crore versus Rs 4,368 crore.
Net Profit down 1.9% At Rs 510 crore versus Rs 520 crore.
Board recommends final dividend of Rs 7.0/share.
