The collaboration will utilise Infosys' AI-first services, including Infosys Topaz and Infosys Cobalt, to enhance Spark’s technology delivery model and lower IT operating expenses.
According to a company statement, Infosys will offer advanced DevOps and software engineering capabilities to build, test, integrate, and support Spark’s systems and applications.

Spark will maintain control over its IT architecture, product design, and innovation roadmap.
As part of the agreement, Infosys will also bolster its local workforce to complement its global operations, ensuring that critical local support and expertise are retained in New Zealand.
