HAL Dividend 2025 Payment Date Next Week — All You Need To Know

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) has announced the first interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25, offering Rs 25 per equity share of Rs 5 each. This amounts to a 500% payout.

The dividend was officially declared on Feb. 12, with a record date of Feb. 14, following the announcement of the company’s Q3 results. The recorded date, however, was later deferred by the company.  

Who Is Eligible for HAL Dividend?

The dividend will be disbursed to all eligible shareholders as per the company's records. Investors holding shares of HAL as of the record date of Feb. 18 will qualify for the dividend payout.

Based on the T+1 trade settlement system, shareholders who purchased the HAL shares on or before Feb. 17 must have gotten the shares credited into the account on Feb. 18, making them eligible for dividend payout.

The dividend, the company said, will be paid to all eligible shareholders on or before March 14, 2025.

HAL Dividend 2025 Payment Date

HAL has confirmed through an exchange filing that the dividend payment will be completed on or before March 14, 2025.

HAL Q3 Financial Performance

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) delivered a strong financial performance in the third quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year, showcasing growth across key financial metrics.

The company's consolidated net profit surged 14.1% year-on-year to Rs 1,440 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, exceeding Bloomberg analysts’ expectations of Rs 1,324 crore. This growth was driven by higher revenues and improved operational efficiencies.

Revenue for the October- December 2024 period saw a 14.8% increase, reaching Rs 6,957 crore, compared to Rs 6,061 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The company's Ebitda saw a significant 17.2% increase to Rs 1,683 crore. The Ebitda margin also expanded to 24.2%, up from 23.7%.

Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) were trading 3.45% higher at Rs 3,425.50 apiece as compared to a 1.18% rise in benchmark Nifty 50.

The stock opened the day at Rs 3,313 and quickly gained momentum, reaching an intraday high of Rs 3,435.95 before settling at Rs 3,427 at the time of publishing.
