Bihar Election Result 2025 Live: Jan Suraaj's First Reaction To Poll Debacle
Jan Suraaj Bihar president Manoj Bharti on early trends showing NDA’s victory said, “We have been saying from the start that we are trying to bring new politics to Bihar. It is tough to take this politics to the people of Bihar. Prashant Kishor always said if people understood what we were saying, we would be on top; if they didn’t, we would fail. These trends show that people have failed to understand us, and we also failed to make them understand.”
The JSP is not leading on a single seat.

Sarairanjan Election Results 2025: JD(U)’s Vijay Kumar Choudhary Maintains Lead
Vijay Kumar Choudhary of the JD(U) continues to lead in the Sarairanjan Assembly seat as counting progresses. He has 16,955 votes, accounting for 48.2%.
RJD candidate Arbind Kumar Sahani follows with 15,699 votes, or 44.6%. Sajan Kumar Mishra of the JSP has 835 votes, while independent candidate Ranjit Kumar Pandit has 665.
Independent nominees Kunal Kumar and Amrendra Kumar Singh have 522 and 144 votes respectively. Ashok Kumar Anjana has 135 votes. NOTA has recorded 770 votes, or 2.1%.
A total of 35,239 valid votes have been counted.

Polling for the Bihar Assembly election took place in two phases, with 121 constituencies voting on Nov. 6, and 122 constituencies voting on Nov. 11, 2025. Munger voted on Nov. 6.
Bihar went to the polls as Chief Minister Nitish Kumar sought another term with the Janata Dal (United) as part of the National Democratic Alliance led by the Bharatiya Janata Party. The INDIA alliance, the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance, which includes the Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Congress, contested against the NDA across the state.
