Gaya Town Election Results 2025: BJP's Prem Kumar Wins By Lead Of 26,423 Votes
The BJP won the Gaya Town Assembly seat. Prem Kumar won by 90,878 votes, accounting for 54.43% of the total votes.
Congress candidate Akhoury Onkar Nath is placed second with 64,455 votes, or 38.61%. Dhirendra Agarwal of the JSP has 4,479 votes.
Gaya Town Election Results 2025: BJP Lead Grows to Votes
The BJP continues to consolidate its lead in the Gaya Town Assembly seat as counting progresses. Prem Kumar now has 90,878 votes, accounting for 54.43% of the total counted so far.
Congress candidate Akhoury Onkar Nath is placed second with 64,455 votes, or 38.61%. Dhirendra Agarwal of the JSP has 4,479 votes, followed by independent candidate Mukesh Kumar Sinha with 1,115. Rafatalik Khan of the BSP has 724 votes, and Ravi Ranjan has 636.
Anil Kumar of the AAP has 274 votes, Mohan Kumar of the GTSP has 336, and Raj Kishor Singh of the People' Party of India has 274. Several independent nominees and ones from smaller parties remain below the 200-vote mark. NOTA has recorded 636 votes, representing 0.38%.
A total of 1,66,958 valid votes have been counted so far.

The BJP continues to consolidate its lead in the Gaya Town Assembly seat as counting progresses. Prem Kumar now has 69,450 votes, accounting for 52.14% of the total counted so far.
Congress candidate Akhoury Onkar Nath is placed second with 52,440 votes, or 41.01%. Dhirendra Agarwal of the JSP has 3,500 votes, followed by independent candidate Mukesh Kumar Sinha with 867. Rafatalik Khan of the BSP has 574 votes, and Ravi Ranjan has 485.
Anil Kumar of the AAP has 441 votes, Mohan Kumar of the GTSP has 278, and Raj Kishor Singh of the People' Party of India has 199. Several independent nominees and ones from smaller parties remain below the 200-vote mark. NOTA has recorded 517 votes, representing 0.36%.
A total of 141,675 valid votes have been counted so far.

Gaya Town Election Results 2025: BJP Lead Grows to 16,523 Votes
The BJP continues to consolidate its lead in the Gaya Town Assembly seat as counting progresses. Prem Kumar now has 50,254 votes, accounting for 52.5% of the total counted so far.
Congress candidate Akhoury Onkar Nath is placed second with 33,731 votes, or 35.3%. Dhirendra Agarwal of the JSP has 2,353 votes, followed by independent candidate Mukesh Kumar Sinha with 445. Rafatalik Khan of the BSP has 415 votes, and Ravi Ranjan has 305.
Anil Kumar of the AAP has 288 votes, Mohan Kumar of the GTSP has 266, and independent candidate Raj Kishor Singh has 199. Several independent nominees remain below the 200-vote mark. NOTA has recorded 345 votes, representing 0.4%.
A total of 96,911 valid votes have been counted so far.

The BJP continues to hold a strong lead in the Gaya Town Assembly seat as counting advances. Prem Kumar now has 46,496 votes, accounting for 58.1% of the total counted so far.
Congress candidate Akhoury Onkar Nath remains in second place with 28,136 votes, or 35.2%. Dhirendra Agarwal of the JSP has 2,107 votes, followed by independents and other party candidates with smaller tallies.
Among them, independent candidate Mukesh Kumar Sinha has 581 votes, Rafatalik Khan of the BSP has 374, and Ravi Ranjan has 289. Anil Kumar of the AAP has 236 votes, and Mohan Kumar of the GTSP has 201. Several candidates, including independent nominees, remain below the 200-vote mark. NOTA has recorded 284 votes, or 0.4%.
A total of 79,983 valid votes have been counted.

Jan Suraaj Bihar president Manoj Bharti on early trends showing NDA’s victory said, “We have been saying from the start that we are trying to bring new politics to Bihar. It is tough to take this politics to the people of Bihar. Prashant Kishor always said if people understood what we were saying, we would be on top; if they didn’t, we would fail. These trends show that people have failed to understand us, and we also failed to make them understand.”
The JSP is not leading on a single seat.

The BJP has strengthened its position in the Gaya Town Assembly seat as counting progresses. Prem Kumar now leads with 19,973 votes, accounting for 54.1%.
Congress candidate Akhoury Onkar Nath is in second place with 14,054 votes, or 38.1%. Dhirendra Agarwal of the JSP has 980 votes, while independents and other party candidates have lower tallies.
Raj Kishor Singh of the PPID has 103 votes, Mohan Kumar of the GTSP has 161, and Anil Kumar of the AAP has 144 votes. Several independents are below the 100-vote mark. NOTA has received 155 votes, or 0.4%.
A total of 36,925 valid votes have been counted so far.

The RJD’s Binay Kumar, RLJP’s Pratibodh Kumar Binko, and BSP candidate Saurabh Kumar are among those in the contest. Congress candidate Abhinav Omkar Nishad and AIMIM’s Israr Ahmad are also in the field.
Independent candidates Rohit Prasad, Ravish Kumar, Om Prakash Rajvanshi (Nirdaliya Samaj), Abhay Kumar Singh (Independent Unemployed), Mohammad Khalid, and Md. Munna Anwar appear on the list. Polling for the Bihar Assembly election took place in two phases, with 121 constituencies voting on Nov. 6, and 122 constituencies voting on Nov. 11, 2025. Munger voted on Nov. 6.
Bihar went to the polls as Chief Minister Nitish Kumar sought another term with the Janata Dal (United) as part of the National Democratic Alliance led by the Bharatiya Janata Party. The INDIA alliance, the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance, which includes the Rashtriya Janata Dal and the Congress, contested against the NDA across the state.
