Who Is Mrunal Panchal? Know All About India's Most Followed Women Influencer Founder

Mrunal Panchal has emerged as the top-ranked Influencer Founder in the Candere Hurun India Women Leaders List 2025. The founder of Mrucha Beauty, Mrunal, has over 5.5 million followers on Instagram.

The Candere Hurun India Women Leaders List highlights 97 women who have been trailblazers in different categories across five core pillars: Wealth Creation, Value Creation, Philanthropy, Culture, and Startups. The average age of the list is 51, as per the coveted list. Mrunal Panchal has wrecked the curve in terms of her age.

The 26-year-old influencer is the youngest entrepreneur on the list of successful women. 

The entrepreneur founded Mrucha Beauty in November 2024. Also known affectionately as “Mrunu” or “Gujju Unicorn,” Mrunal has focused on providing affordable products for a range of customers. Her debut product was the Glow Up lip collection. She later expanded into blushes and other products.

According to a press release by Candere Hurun India, Mrunal combines her expertise in cosmetics with her entrepreneurial spirit to offer products that resonate with the audience. She has also collaborated with top beauty brands such as Ponds, Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris, Nivea, NYX, Dior, Kylie Cosmetics, Lancome and MARS Cosmetics. 

As per the Hurun India list, Diipa Khosla comes in the second place in terms of non-celebrity influencers with 2.4 million followers. The founder of indē wild, a beauty brand, Khosla, became the first Indian influencer to walk the Cannes red carpet.

Interview coach and entrepreneur Diksha Arora occupies the third spot with 2.1 million followers. Her videos focus on interview tips and career strategies. Dolly Jain also shares the position. Known for her unique saree draping videos, she is the founder of Dolly Jain Innoworks.
