What One UI 7 Offers?

One UI 7 brings a cleaner and more responsive interface with refreshed animations, redesigned app icons, and faster app launch times. The home screen and lock screen have also been redesigned, offering users more options to personalise their devices.

The Camera app has received a facelift, featuring clearer control placements. Pro Video mode now includes a new zoom tool for more precise adjustments during recording, along with simplified manual settings.

Another notable addition is the “Now Bar” — Samsung’s take on Apple’s Dynamic Island. This feature allows users to access tools such as music controls, interpreter mode, and stopwatch functions directly from the lock screen, without needing to unlock the device.

Samsung has also introduced a host of artificial intelligence features, including smart writing tools that allow users to summarise lengthy notes, check grammar and spelling, and convert long passages into bullet points. A key improvement is the enhanced call transcription feature, which now supports 20 languages, including English (India) and Hindi.

Additionally, Samsung has debuted Audio Eraser, a feature that lets users remove background noise from videos to make the sound clearer.
