Tech Mahindra Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
Tech Mahindra will announce its results for the fourth quarter and FY25 on April 24.
In an exchange filing, Tech Mahindra announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on April 23 and April 24 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also recommend a dividend, if any, for FY25.
Tech Mahindra Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all designated persons from April 1 to April 26.
Tech Mahindra Q4 Results: Earnings Call
Tech Mahindra will hold an earnings call with investors and analysts on April 24 from 6:30 p.m. onwards to discuss the results of the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Tech Mahindra Q3 Results
Tech Mahindra reported a 92.63% increase in its Q3 FY25 consolidated net profit to Rs 983.2 crore from Rs 510.4 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations increased 1.4% to Rs 13,285.6 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 13,101.3 crore in the same period of the preceding fiscal. The company’s Ebitda for the third quarter stood at Rs 1,809 crore, up 57.8% from Rs 1,146.5 crore in Q3 FY24.

Shares of Tech Mahindra have gained over 9% in the past five trading sessions. In the last month, the IT stock has fallen by 3% and over six months, it has plunged 18.30%. Over a year, shares of the company have gained 18% and on a year-to-date basis, it has fallen 16.76%.
Shares of Tech Mahindra hit a 52-week high of Rs 1,807.7 apiece on the NSE on Dec. 12, 2024. The stock touched a 52-week low of Rs 1,172.80 apiece on the NSE on April 25, 2024.
Shares of Tech Mahindra opened 2.5% higher at Rs 1411.90 apiece on Wednesday, compared to a 0.64% rise in benchmark Nifty 50 at 24,317.25.
