REC Ltd.'s standalone net profit rose 23% year-on-year in the third quarter of the current financial year.
The non-bank finance lender posted a profit of Rs 4,029 crore in the quarter ended December, compared with a profit of Rs 3,269 crore a year ago, according to an exchange filing on Thursday.

Net interest income up 20% to Rs 5,133.1 crore versus Rs 4,290.7 crore.
Net profit up 23% to Rs 4,029 crore versus Rs 3,269 crore.

Interim Dividend
The company has declared the third interim dividend at Rs 4.30 per equity share of Rs 10 each for financial year 2024-25. The record date for the interim dividend is Feb. 14. The interim dividend shall be paid or dispatched on or before March 6, 2025 to those shareholders.
Shareholders are names that appear as beneficial owners in the statement furnished by the depositories as on the close of business hours on Feb. 14, 2025. This is in respect of shares held in electronic form.
