One 97 Communications Ltd., the parent company of digital payments major Paytm, will announce its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, this week. The company confirmed the release date for its Q1 FY26 earnings in a filing with the stock exchanges on July 12.
Paytm Q1 Results: Date
The Paytm board is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, July 22. During the meeting, the Board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 2025.
Paytm Q1 Results: Trading Window Closure
In line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal Code of Conduct, One 97 Communications Ltd. has closed the trading window for dealing in its securities from July 1, 2025. The trading window will remain shut until Thursday, July 24, following the scheduled announcement of its Q1 results.
Paytm Q1 Results: Earnings Call
Paytm will hold its earnings conference call for investors and analysts on Tuesday, July 22, from 6 pm to 6:45 pm, IST. The call will cover the company’s financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. A pre-registration link has been shared for participants to join the session.
Paytm Q4 FY25 Results
Paytm reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 544.6 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, compared to a net loss of Rs 208.5 crore in the previous quarter. The results include a one-time loss of Rs 522 crore.
Revenue for the quarter rose 4.6% sequentially to Rs 1,911.5 crore from Rs 1,827.8 crore reported in the previous quarter. Ebitda loss for the quarter stood at Rs 88.6 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 222.4 crore in the previous quarter.

The Paytm stock has gained 2.50% over the past five trading sessions on the NSE. It has risen over 14% in the last one month and is up 18.21% in the past six months. Year-to-date, the stock has risen by 2.25%. It has surged 123.20% in the past one year
The stock hit its 52-week high of Rs 1,062.95 on Dec. 17, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 425.60 on July 19, 2024.
At 9:25 a.m. on Monday, Paytm shares were trading 0.82% higher at Rs 1,009.85 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.26% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50.
