Indian hospitality player ITC Hotels, part of the ITC Group, is among the companies scheduled to release their fourth quarter and full financial year results this week. Established in 1975, the company boasts a presence of more than 140 hotels in the Indian subcontinent.
Based in Kolkata, the company offers as many as six brands within its label, catering to diverse consumers. From its luxury chain 'Namaste' and 'Mementos' to premium offerings like Fortune and Welcome Heritage, ITC Hotels spans across more than 90 locations in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
ITC Hotels Q4FY25 Results: Date
ITC Hotels Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its Board Meeting is scheduled for May 15 to take up Q4 and FY25 results. The Board of Directors will, among other matters, consider and approve the audited results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 2025, the company said in a filing dated May 8.
However, the company has not informed the bourses about any proposal to consider a dividend declaration for FY25 at its board meeting.
The company is also likely to share the details of a scheduled conference call to discuss the results with investors and analysts later.
ITC Hotels Q4FY25 Results: Trading Window
In an exchange filing dated March 26, ITC Hotels informed the exchanges that its trading window will remain closed from April 1 until 48 hours after the results are announced.
"We write to advise that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the company will be closed from 1st April, 2025, for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.
The 'Trading Window' will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Audited financial results of the company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges,” the filing mentioned.
ITC Hotels Q3FY25 Results
In Q3FY25, ITC Hotels reported a total income of Rs 1.64 crore, reflecting a marginal rise of 2.5% compared to Rs 1.60 crore in the year-ago quarter. Net profit rose to Rs 74.35 lakh from Rs 41.68 lakh, marking a significant year-on-year growth of 78%. Meanwhile, the company’s total expenses dropped 70% YoY to Rs 64.56 lakh compared to Rs 2.15 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
ITC Hotels Share Price History
ITC Hotels shares have gained 3.42% in the last five sessions. They have fallen 1.4% in the past month. Year-to-date, the stock has gained 15.57%.
Shares of ITC Hotels Ltd. hit a 52-week high of Rs 213.3 apiece on the NSE on April 1, 2025. The stock touched a 52-week low of Rs 155.1 apiece on Jan. 31.
ITC Hotels shares closed flat at Rs 198.60 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday. This compares to a 1.33% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50.
