Dabur India Ltd. is scheduled to release its earnings report for the fourth quarter and the full financial year 2024-25 this week. The leading consumer goods company will join dozens of firms across sectors set to declare their financial results for Q4 and FY25.
It has notified the exchanges about the upcoming Board meeting to review and approve the audited results for the quarter and the financial year ending March 2025.
During the meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider a proposal for dividend declaration, if any, for FY 25, the company informed the stock exchanges on March 28.
Founded in 1884 by the Burman family, Dabur has evolved from a small Ayurvedic medicine maker in Calcutta to a leading player in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The multinational firm has become a household name in India and it’s the country’s fourth largest FMCG company, according to its website.
Dabur Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
In its exchange filing, Dabur Ltd. confirmed that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, May 7. The top agenda of the meeting will be to approve the results for the January-March period and the full financial year (FY25).
"...and to consider recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on 31st March 2025," the company said.

The company has also informed the exchange about the scheduled investors and analysts’ conference call, which will be held at 4:30 p.m. on the same day.

Dabur Q4FY25 Results: Trading Window Closure
In a separate stock exchange filing dated March 28, Dabur India said that its trading window will remain closed from April 1 to May 9, 2025, in compliance with SEBI guidelines on insider trading. The trading restrictions will be applicable to the senior management of Dabur India, such as promoters, directors and their relatives, as well as other designated persons.
Dabur Q3 Results
In Q3FY25, Dabur India Ltd. reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 3,355 crore, up 3.07% year-on-year from Rs 3,255 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. The company’s operating profit increased 2.1% YoY to Rs 682 crore in Q3 FY25.
Consolidated net profit attributable to owners stood at Rs 522 crore, compared to Rs 514 crore in Q3 FY24.

Dabur India Ltd. shares have dropped marginally by 0.66% in the past five sessions, while rising 6.78% in the last one month. The FMCG stock has declined nearly 10% in the past six months and over 9% in the last year. On a year-to-date basis, the stock has dropped 5.67%.
Shares of Dabur India Ltd. hit a 52-week high of Rs 672 apiece on the NSE on Sept. 17, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 433.3 apiece on April 7, 2025.
