The Q1 earnings season is going to start next week, and several companies have announced the schedule for declaring their financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26.
Companies that will declare results over the next two months include prominent names from the Bajaj Group, such as Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Housing Finance, and Bajaj Holdings and Investment.
Here’s the schedule the companies have announced for declaring their results.
Bajaj Finance Q1 Results
In an exchange filing dated June 30, Bajaj Finance said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on July 24 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.
The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from July 1 to July 26 for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
Shares of Bajaj Finance ended 0.15% up at Rs 937.90 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday. This compares to a flat benchmark Nifty 50.
Bajaj Finserv Q1 Results
Bajaj Finserv announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on July 25 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY26.
As per SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from July 1 to July 27 for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
Shares of Bajaj Finserv ended flat at Rs 2,055.00 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday.
Bajaj Housing Finance Q1 Results
The Board of Directors of Bajaj Housing Finance is scheduled to meet on July 23 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 2025.
The trading window of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1 to July 25.
Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance ended flat at Rs 121.75 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday.
Bajaj Holdings & Investment Q1 Results
In an exchange filing dated June 30, Bajaj Holdings & Investment announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Aug. 6 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the current financial year.
The trading window of the company will be closed from July 1 to Aug. 8 for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
Shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investment ended 0.30% lower at Rs 14,336 apiece on the NSE on Tuesday.
