An Oxford Economics report estimates that up to 20 million manufacturing jobs could be replaced by robots by 2030. However, this industrial metamorphosis also means that roles in design, supervision and maintenance become more critical than ever. You must assess your current role against the backdrop of AI advances and identify skills for development.Energise: Inject new life into your career by embracing AI. For example, digital marketers can now use AI for data-driven campaigns that offer personalised customer experiences. By energising your skill set with knowledge in AI applications, you can position yourself as an invaluable asset in your current job or an attractive candidate for new opportunities.
