Aditya-L1 Mission Update: ISRO's Spacecraft Set To Be Placed In Final Orbit On January 6

The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C57) launched the Aditya-L1 spacecraft from the second launch pad of Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), Sriharikota, on September 2 last year.

Aditya L1, the Indian Space Research Organisation's solar mission, will reach the Lagrange point 1 (L1) of the Sun-Earth system on January 6, which will enable the spacecraft to view the sun without any eclipses.
