Waaree Energies Share Price Jumps Ahead Of Q4 Results

Solar manufacturer Waaree Energies Ltd.'s shares jumped 6% on Tuesday, ahead of the company's expected declaration of their financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.

Waaree Energies is likely to post a net profit of Rs 496.15 crore and a revenue of Rs 4,028.15 crore for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, as per the consensus estimates of analysts tracked by Bloomberg.

Analysts also forecast the Ebitda of the solar manufacturer to be Rs 736.1 crore and margins at 18.3%.

Other companies that will declare their results on April 22 include Havells India Ltd., AU Small Finance Bank Ltd., HCL Technologies Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., Tata Communications Ltd., and more.

The scrip rose as much as 6.13% to Rs 2,594 apiece, the highest level since Jan. 22. It pared gains to trade 5.83% higher at Rs 2,586.70 apiece, as of 10:08 a.m. This compares to a 0.29% advance in the NSE Nifty 50.

The stock has risen 10.53% since listing. Total traded volume so far in the day stood at 1.97 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 44.05.

Out of four analysts tracking the company, one maintains a 'buy' rating, one recommends a 'hold' and two suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month analysts' consensus price target implies a downside of 12.4%.
