IPO Rush: Two New Offers To Open Next Week, Six Listings Include One Mainboard Debut

The week leading up to the Union Budget of 2025 will witness moderate IPO activity on both the mainboard and SME sides. Investors will see a few book-built public offers launching next week, while several others are poised to list on the stock exchanges.

Notably, there are two IPOs lined up for launch in the mainboard segment and one in the SME category. Additionally, there one mainboard IPO will go for listing, along with multiple SME debuts.

In the mainboard segment, Dr Agarwal's Healthcare will open its IPO for subscription on Jan. 29, 2025, and close on Jan. 31, 2025. This Rs 3,027.26 crore issue is a combination of a fresh issue of Rs 300 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2,727.26 crore. Investors will be able to purchase shares within a price band of Rs 382 to Rs 402 per share. The company has set the minimum lot size at 35 shares, with the minimum retail investment coming at at Rs 14,070.

The IPO is expected to list on both the BSE and NSE on Feb. 5, 2025, pending final allotment by Feb. 3, 2025.

Arisinfra Solutions is also planning to launch its IPO soon, although the company is yet to confirm the details.

In the SME segment, Malpani Pipes is set to launch its IPO, which will be a book-built issue worth Rs 25.92 crore. The IPO will be open for subscription from Jan. 29, 2025 to Jan. 31, 2025. The issue consists of 28.80 lakh shares, all of which will be a fresh issue. The price band for the offer is set between Rs 85 and Rs 90 per share.

The allotment is expected by Feb. 3, 2025, and the listing on the BSE SME platform is set for Feb. 5, 2025. The minimum investment required for retail investors is Rs 1,44,000, with a lot size of 1,600 shares.

The mainboard segment will see Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd. make its market debut on the BSE and NSE on Jan. 29, 2025.

The SME platform will see multiple companies listing this week, including:

• GB Logistics Commerce Ltd.

• CLN Energy Ltd.

• Rexpro Enterprises Ltd.

• Capital Numbers Infotech Ltd.
