Corporate leaders pledge to encourage their business families to vote, demonstrating their commitment to civic duty. Their unique messages will serve as a reminder for all to vote responsibly.
The Lok Sabha elections will be held in seven phases from April 19 and the counting of votes will take place on June 4 for the world's biggest election exercise. Unfortunately, urban areas often see low voter turnout.
The 'Pledge to Vote' campaign aims to boost voter participation in this grand democratic exercise. Over a 1,100 pledges have been registered so far.
