Pranav Adani, managing director-agro, oil and gas and director at Adani Enterprises Ltd., said Indian think tanks should collaborate to make the country a 'thought leader' in the world. He was speaking at the foundation day ceremony of Chintan Research Foundation on Thursday.
"We must address three objectives. In line with India's stature as a 'thought leader', let us collaborate between and among think tanks," he said. "Let us move beyond Delhi. India is a chorus of diverse voices. CRF must deepen its presence across regions. Policy is not abstract, it is personal," he said.
He said the Adani Group has been driving growth in critical infrastructure sectors for three decades. "Our Chairman (Gautam Adani) always says, 'Growth must be measured not by numbers but by the lives we touch'," he said.
CRF is an independent think tank advancing policy solutions. It is focussed on climate change and energy transition for sustainable, net-zero growth; economic and trade policy with a private sector lens; and geopolitical and strategic studies with a particular emphasis on the Global South.
