NBCC India Ltd. has sold multiple residential units through an e-auction for a total sale value of Rs 1,153.13 crore in Greater Noida, according to an exchange filing on Friday.
The company sold around 560 residential units at Aspire Leisure Park, according to an exchange filing on Friday. It will also receive a marketing fee equivalent to 1% of the sale value, it said.
On April 9, the public sector enterprise sold 1,185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley, Phase-III, Greater Noida through an e-auction for a sale value of Rs 1,504.7 crore.
NBCC India's revenue surged to Rs 2,827 crore, representing a 17% growth in the third quarter of fiscal 2025, as compared to Rs 2,423.5 crore for the same period last year.
Its net profit grew by 25% to Rs 138.5 crore for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, from Rs 110.7 crore for the year ago period.
Shares of NBCC closed 2.40% higher at Rs 89.10 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 1.92% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50. The stock has risen 0.04% in the last 12 months and declined 4.14% year-to-date.
Two out of three analysts tracking the company have a 'buy' rating on the stock and one suggests 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price targets implies a potential upside of 33.6%.
