Over hundred users have reported problems related to the usage of Microsoft 365, the cloud-powered platform of Microsoft Corp, according to outage monitoring website Downdetector.
Microsoft 365, via its official social media handle, noted that some users may not be able to access its apps. The process to resolve the issue has been initiated, it added.

"We’re investigating an issue where some users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 apps for the web. We're reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and develop a remediation plan. For more information, please refer to OO953223 in the admin center," Microsoft 365 posted on X .
"While we focus on identifying the root cause, as a workaround, users may be able to access their Microsoft 365 apps and documents via the desktop applications," it further added.
Microsoft 365, formerly Office 365, encompasses subscription plans that allow use of the Microsoft Office software suite over the life of the subscription, as well as cloud-based software-as-a-service products for business environments, such as hosted Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, and SharePoint, among others.
