OnePlus Nord 5 Series, OnePlus Buds 4 Launch Date Revealed: Top Features, Price And More

OnePlus is set to launch its upcoming models, Nord 5, Nord 5 CE, as well as OnePlus Buds in India on July 8. During the launch, the spotlight will remain on Nord 5, which is powered by the advanced Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.

Made for high-performance gaming, the Nord 5 has been designed to deliver a steady and ultra-smooth 144 FPS experience. The company is promising five hours of non-stop gameplay. The device also features the category’s largest VC cooling system with a massive 7300mm² vapour chamber for cooler, stable performance. OnePlus Nord 5 CE will also be powered by the Snapdragon 8 series chipset.

The OnePlus Buds 4 comes in a sleek, stylish design. Featuring Hi-Res Audio and LHDC 5.0 support, these wireless earbuds are designed for balanced, studio-grade acoustics with rich detail and clarity, OnePlus said on its website.

The users will feel immersive 3D spatial audio for a deeper, more dynamic sound, giving a “front-row audio experience”. The earphones will come in Storm Grey and Zen Green colour options.

The launch of the upcoming OnePlus devices is scheduled for 2 p.m. on July 8. Users will be able to purchase the OnePlus Nord 5 Series through the company’s official store and Amazon.

The promo teaser shared by OnePlus doesn’t give any details about the price of the models. However, there are speculations that they might be priced under Rs 30,000.

Some reports also indicated that in addition to these three devices, OnePlus may also launch the OnePlus Watch 3 and the OnePlus Pad Lite as a surprise.

While no details have been shared about the camera performance, the promo features the look of the models with a vertically placed dual camera setup. 

Reports also suggest that Nord 5 is likely to be equipped with a 6,700mAh battery, whereas the Nord 5 CE could come with a 7,100mAh battery.
