If you can do something, then go ahead and do it, no matter how odd the result may be. The Infinix Zero Series Mini has just done exactly that and the smartphone is attracting eyeballs at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, which is set to conclude today after bringing together global smartphone makers at the annual trade show being held in Barcelona. Major players like Xiaomi, Samsung and Nothing unveiled their 2025 models at the three-day event.
The Infinix Zero Series Mini is a concept smartphone with two hinges. The latest offering from Infinix promises an amazing tri-fold smartphone and that too in a smaller format compared to its peers.
Infinix Zero Series Mini: What's On Offer?
With an 'innovative strap' accessory, the triple-fold mechanism will allow the model to fold and unfold vertically. The concept, when it becomes a reality, will give direct competition to the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design, the other triple fold smartphone available in the market. Huawei’s model is a premium range phone, with prices starting at about Rs 2,35,900.
Over the years, foldable phones have gained traction due to their convenience and the ability to offer larger screens without sacrificing portability. Samsung has become the market leader in the segment.
Infinix highlighted the benefits of having the smartphone by saying, “Whether mounted on gym equipment for workout tracking, clipped onto a backpack for action shots, or unfolded into a sleek, pocket-friendly smartphone, the ZERO Series Mini Tri-Fold delivers unmatched versatility,”
Infinix promises a seamless device experience, effortlessly shifting between multiple modes. The brand promises a dual-screen experience for users, assuring a satisfactory experience with the model’s outward-folding design.
The phone features an innovative dual-screen design that, when folded, facilitates seamless multilingual communication. It displays translated content side by side, which lets users follow the conversation in real time.
“It creates an intuitive, dual-screen experience that makes real-time multilingual conversations effortless, allowing both users to view translated content side by side,” Infinix said.
The Infinix Zero Series Mini can transform into a high-performance camera system while also serving as a premium selfie tool. The smartphone features a dual-camera setup on the back and a punch-hole camera on the inside for capturing selfies.
