Information technology major Wipro Ltd. is set to release its financial statements for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025, next week. The company has informed the bourses about the schedule to release its Q4 earnings.

Wipro Q4 Results: Date And Time

Wipro is set to declare its Q4 and FY25 financial numbers on April 16 after trading hours. The results will be announced post the meeting of the company's board, scheduled for April 15 and 16.

"It is hereby informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of Wipro Limited ("Company") will be held over April 15-16, 2025 to consider and approve, inter alia:

a) the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under IndAS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.

b) the condensed audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025," the company said.

Wipro Q4 Results: Earnings Call

The company has scheduled an earnings call with senior management to discuss the financial performance in the final quarter and FY25. The earnings call is set to begin at 7 p.m. on April 16.

Wipro Q4 Results: Closure of Trading Window

As part of the regulatory requirement of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain suspended for designated persons and their immediate relatives till April 18.

"It is further informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from March 16, 2025, to April 18, 2025 (both days inclusive)," the company said.

Wipro Q3 Results

IT giant Wipro posted a subdued financial performance in the third quarter of FY25, with net profit up marginally by 4% quarter-on-quarter at Rs 3,354 crore. Revenue remained flat at Rs 22,319 crore, marginally higher than the Bloomberg estimate of Rs 22,218 crore. EBIT increased 5% Q-o-Q to Rs 3,863 crore. Margins were at 17.3%, compared to the estimate of 16.33% by analysts tracked by Bloomberg.

Shares of Wipro Ltd. have dropped 4.45% over the past five trading sessions while declining nearly 9% in a month. Over a six-month period, the stock price of the IT giant has tumbled by 12.51%, while it has gained 4.67% in the past year.
