Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. will announce its results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending Mar. 31, 2025, this week. The company is one of the major players in the solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector, and functions under Waaree Energies Ltd.

Waaree Renewable Technologies will announce its Q4 results on April 16. In an exchange filing, the company said its Board of Directors will meet on April 16 to approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

The company has scheduled an investor call on April 17 to discuss the financial performance in Q4 and FY25 with its investors and analysts. "This is to inform you that the Investor Call is being scheduled on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 03:00 P.M. (IST) to discuss the Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025," Waaree Renewable Technologies said in an exchange filing.

In accordance with the company’s code of conduct for the prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in Waaree Renewable Technologies’ securities will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, and Connected Persons from April 01, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the financial results are declared.

The company’s net profit declined by 16.7% from Rs 64.23 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs 53.48 crore in Q3 FY25. Total income for Q3 FY25 stood at Rs 364.12 crore as compared to Rs 324.67 crore in the same period of the previous year.

Expenses of the company stood at Rs 293.39 crore in the third quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 238.28 crore in the same period in FY24.  Ebitda was down 18% to Rs 72 crore versus Rs 88 crore in the corresponding period of last year. 

Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies have fallen over 2% over the past five trading sessions. The stock has moved up by 12% in a month but declined by over 50% over a six-month period. In a year, the share price of Waaree Renewable Technologies has plummeted by over 57%. On a year-to-date basis, it has nosedived 37%.

According to NSE, the shares of the company saw a 52-week high of Rs 910 on April 11, 2025, while a 52-week low of Rs 841.15 was reached on April 9, 2025.
