UPL Ltd.'s net profit rose during the fourth quarter of the financial year ending March 2025. The agro-chemical manufacturer posted a net profit of Rs 896 crore in the quarter-ended March, according to an exchange filing on Monday.

The company's revenue rose 10.6% to Rs 15,573 crore versus Rs 14,078 crore.

The company's board recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 per share for the financial year 2025.

Shares of UPL were trading 2.45% higher at Rs 691.30 apiece, as compared with a rise of 3.31% in the benchmark Nifty 50 as of 1:22 p.m.
