Leading cement companies such as India Cements, JK Cement and UltraTech Cement have declared the dates to announce their quarterly results.

India Cements Q1 Results
In an exchange filing dated June 5, India Cements announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on July 19 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30.
The trading window to deal in securities of the company is closed from July 1 to July 21 for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
Shares of India Cements were trading 1.01% higher at Rs 349.7 apiece on the NSE around 12:30 p.m., compared to a 0.19% drop in the benchmark Nifty 50 at 25,494.1.
JK Cement Q1 Results
JK Cement has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on July 19 to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY26.
As per SEBI guidelines on insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed from July 1 to July 21 for designated persons of the company.
Shares of JK Cement were trading 0.47% higher at Rs 6,165 apiece on the NSE at 12:30 p.m. In comparison, benchmark Nifty 50 stood at 25,494.1, down 0.19%.
UltraTech Cement Q1 Results
In an exchange filing dated June 2, UltraTech Cement said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on July 21 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30.
The trading window of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1 to July 23, in compliance with SEBI guidelines on insider trading.
Shares of UltraTech Cement were trading 1.82% higher at Rs 12,432 apiece on the NSE, while the benchmark Nifty50 was down 0.19% at 25,494.1.
