Titan Company Ltd. will announce the results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 this week.

Titan is a lifestyle company which is renowned for its watches, eyewear and jewellery. It comprises 16 brands and more than 2,000 retail stores. Important brand names under Titan Company include Mia, Fastrack, CaratLane and Titan EyePlus.

In an exchange filing dated April 21, the company announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will take place on May 8 to approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31.

The Board will also recommend a dividend, if any, for FY25.

The trading window for trading in securities of the company by designated persons is closed from March 24 until 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the financial results for FY25.

The company has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on May 8 at 7 p.m. to discuss the company's performance in Q4 and FY25. The recording of the call, along with the transcript, will be uploaded to the company’s website.

Titan Company reported a 0.57% decline year-on-year in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,047 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,053 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income rose 25% year-on-year to Rs 17,868 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 14,300 crore in the same quarter in the previous financial year. Total expenses rose 27.47% year-on-year to Rs 16,472 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 12,922 crore in Q3 FY24.

Shares of the company have declined 3.06% in the past five trading sessions. It has risen 9.19% in the past month and 3.86% in the past six months. In the past year, the share price has remained flat. On a year-to-date basis, it has risen 1.41%.

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 3,867 on the NSE on Sep. 27, 2024. It hit a 52-week low of Rs 2,925 on Apr. 7, 2025.

As 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Titan shares were trading at Rs 3,299.80 apiece, down 0.66%, as compared to a 0.25% decline in benchmark Nifty 50.
