Sobha Ltd.'s consolidated net profit rose 44% in the third quarter of the current financial year.
The construction company posted a profit of Rs 21.6 crore in the December quarter as compared to Rs 15 crore in the same period last fiscal, according to an exchange filing on Thursday.
Sobha Q3 FY25 Highlights (Consolidated, YoY)
Revenue up 79% to Rs 1,224 crore versus Rs 684.9 crore.
Ebitda down 10% to Rs 67 crore versus Rs 74.1 crore.
Margin narrows to 5.5% versus 10.8%.
Net profit up 44% to Rs 21.6 crore versus Rs 15 crore.
