17 companies from various sectors are set to announce their results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25 on April 22.

Companies that will that will declare their results on April 22 include Havells India Ltd., AU Small Finance Bank Ltd., HCL Technologies Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., Tata Communications Ltd., and Waaree Energies Ltd.

Other companies that will announce results include CDG Petchem Ltd., Cella Space Ltd., Choice International Ltd., CISTRO Telelink Ltd., Cyient DLM Ltd., Delta Corp Ltd., Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd., Huhtamaki India Ltd., JMJ Fintech Ltd., Sampann Utpadan India Ltd., Vardhman Special Steels Ltd.

The company’s net profit for Q3 FY25 declined by 3.45% to Rs 277.96 crore from Rs 287.91 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations increased by 10.76% to Rs 4,888.98 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 4,413.86 crore in the third quarter of financial year 2023-24. Total income rose by 10.8% to Rs 4,953.31 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25 from Rs 4,469.75 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal.

HCL Technologies’ profit for the third quarter of FY25 rose by 5.6% to Rs 4,594 crore from Rs 4,351 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. The revenue from operations rose by 5% to Rs 29,890 crore from Rs 28,446 crore in the year-ago period. The total income rose 5.4% to Rs 30,367 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 28,816 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses for the third quarter of FY25 stood at Rs 24,235 crore.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services saw its profit after tax rise by 47% year-on-year to Rs 917.64 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 622.95 crore in the same period in FY24. The total revenue from operations jumped by 17% to Rs 4,796.8 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 4,100.08 crore in Q3 FY24. Meanwhile, total income rose by 16% to Rs 4,799.45 crore in Q3 FY25 against Rs 4,137 crore in Q3 FY24.
