PFC Q4 Results: Profit Beats Estimates; Dividend Declared

PFC's board, apart from declaring the Q4 results, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.05 per share.

PFC Q4 Results 2025: The Power Finance Corporation Ltd., has posted its fourth quarter earnings and has posted an uptick in both its total income and profit. The total income growth stood at 19.4% compared to the previous year and stood at Rs 13,721.47 crore.

The net profit also saw a significant uptick of about 24% with the company clocking in Rs 5,108.90 crore. The net profit has also beaten the consensus analysts' estimate of Rs 4,621 crore.

  • Total income up 19.4% to Rs 13,721.47 crore versus Rs 11,493.73 crore.

  • Net profit up 24% to Rs 5,108.90 crore versus Rs 4,135.40 crore. (Bloomberg estimate: Rs 4,621 crore)

PFC Dividend

The board of the company, after posting fourth quarter results, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.05 per equity share on the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2024-25.

This is subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividends of Rs 13.75 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25 already declared and paid during the year in four parts.

The final dividend, if declared, will be paid within the statutory period of 30 days from the date of approval in the ensuing AGM, according to the company.

PFC Share Price 2025

PFC stock rose as much as 3,59% during the day to Rs 421.2 apiece on the NSE. It was trading 2.13% higher at Rs 415.25 apiece, compared to an 0.39% advance in the benchmark Nifty 50 as of 1:46 p.m.

It has declined 11.55% in the last 12 months and declined 7.45% on a year-to-date basis. The relative strength index was at 54.24.
