MRF Ltd. is set to announce its financial results for the quarter and full fiscal 2024-25 this week. The tyre manufacturer confirmed the release date of its upcoming earnings report through a stock exchange filing last month.
MRF Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
MRF Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, May 7, to discuss and approve the company’s audited results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. The meeting will include the review of both standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY25.
The Board is also expected to consider a proposal for the declaration of the final dividend, if any, for FY25, the company informed the bourses.
MRF Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
MRF Ltd. has notified the stock exchanges that its trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2025, in compliance with its code of conduct governing insider trading. The trading window will remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results, till May 9, 2025. This is part of the company’s standard protocol to ensure adherence to regulatory norms on insider trading.
MRF Q3 Results
MRF Ltd. reported a 34.5% year-on-year drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 330.27 crore in the third quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 503.94 crore in the same period a year ago. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for the December 2024 quarter rose to Rs 7,000.82 crore, up 13.6% YoY from Rs 6,162.46 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal.

Shares of MRF Ltd. have gained 3.12% in the past five sessions, while rising 23.20% in the last one month. The tyre stock has advanced nearly 14% in the past six months and a marginal 7.53% in the last one year. The stock has rallied 5% year-to-date.
MRF Ltd. shares hit a 52-week high of Rs 1,43,849.9 apiece on the NSE on Aug. 1, 2024. The stock touched a 52-week low of Rs 1,02,124.05 apiece on March 5, 2025.
As of 3 p.m. on Monday, MRF shares were trading 0.59% up at Rs 1,36,000 apice. This compares to a 0.51% advance in the NSE Nifty 50 Index.
