ITC Hotels Ltd. reported a strong set of numbers for the quarter ended June 2025, with net profit rising 53.8% year-on-year to Rs 133 crore.
The performance marks a solid start to the fiscal year for the hospitality arm of ITC Ltd., which was recently demerged and listed independently on the stock exchanges.
Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 816 crore, up 15.5% from Rs 706 crore in the same period last year. Operating profit rose 19% year-on-year to Rs 245 crore, while margin expanded by eight basis points to 30%, compared to 29.2% a year ago.
The stock turned volatile after the company's results were announced. At intraday the stock fell as much as 1.44% to trade at Rs 225 but later recovered losses to trade 0.36% higher at Rs 229.11 as of 02:03 p.m.
