Many IT companies are preparing to announce their financial results for the first quarter of financial year 2025-26.
Board meetings have been scheduled throughout July to review the financial results for the April-June 2025 period. In addition to quarterly earnings, many companies are also expected to declare an interim dividend.
The top IT companies scheduled to announce Q1FY26 results in July include TCS, Infosys and HCL Tech. Here’s a look at the dates and other key details.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Q1 Results
TCS has announced that a meeting of its board of directors will be held on July 10 to consider and approve financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The agenda includes approval and adoption of the audited standalone financial results of the company as well as the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries.
The board will also consider declaration of an interim dividend for equity shareholders. If approved, the interim dividend will be paid to shareholders as of the record date, July 16.
In the fourth quarter ended March 31, Tata Consultancy Services reported a revenue growth of 0.79% quarter-on-quarter, reaching Rs 64,479 crore. However, the company’s EBIT declined slightly by 0.36% to Rs 15,601 crore. Operating margins contracted by 27 basis points to 24.19%, while net profit dropped 1.26% to Rs 12,224 crore.
TCS shares have shown limited movement over the past five days, edging up by 1.5%. The stock has remained flat over the past month, while declining 15.87% in both the last six months and year-to-date. On a one-year basis, TCS shares have dropped 13.03%.
TCS shares touched a 52-week high of Rs 4,592.25 apiece on the NSE on August 30, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 3,056.05 on April 7, 2025.
Infosys Q1 Results
The company's board is scheduled to meet on July 22-23 to consider and approve the financial results for the first quarter of the current fiscal. At the upcoming meeting, the board will take up the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for consideration and approval for Q1FY26.
Infosys Ltd. also said that ahead of its earnings release, its trading window has been closed for designated persons from June 16 and will reopen on July 28. Additionally, the company will host a conference call with investors and analysts on July 23 to discuss the Q1FY26 results.
Infosys posted a 3% sequential rise in net profit at Rs 7,033 crore for the March 2025 quarter. Revenue, however, dipped 2% from the previous quarter to Rs 40,925 crore. EBIT fell 3.8% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 8,575 crore from Rs 8,912 crore, with the EBIT margin slipping slightly to 21% from 21.3%.
Over the past five days, the stock has seen a gain of 1.06%, while it has risen by 3.48% over the past month. However, the IT stock has declined 14.59% in both the six-month and year-to-date periods. In the last one year, the stock has gained 1.07%.
Infosys shares touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,006.45 apiece on the NSE on December 13, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 1,307 apiece on April 7, 2025.
HCLTech Q1 Results
HCLTech has announced that its board of directors will meet on July 14 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 2025. The board will also consider a proposal for the declaration of the second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
HCL Technologies Ltd reported a 6.2% sequential decline in net profit to Rs 4,309 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 4,594 crore in the previous quarter. However, revenue grew 1.2% QoQ to Rs 30,246 crore. EBIT declined by 6.51% to Rs 5,442 crore, and the EBIT margin narrowed by 148 basis points to 17.99% from 19.47%.
HCL Tech shares have risen by 1.70% over the past five days, while rising 6.26% in the past month. The stock has fallen 9.32% over both the six-month and year-to-date periods. HCL Tech has delivered a one-year return of 18.03%.
The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,012.2 apiece on January 13, and a 52-week low of Rs 1,302.75 apiece on the NSE on April 7.
Mphasis, Persistent Systems, Coforge Q1 Results
Apart from the IT giants, other companies in the sector like Mphasis Ltd., Persistent Systems Ltd. and Coforge Ltd. are also scheduled to release their Q1FY26 results in July.
Mphasis Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges that a meeting of its board of directors is scheduled to be held on July 24. On the other hand, the board of directors of Persistent Systems Ltd. will meet on July 22-23 to consider and approve the Q1FY26 results.
Coforge Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges about the scheduled meeting of its board on July 23 to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 2025. The board will also consider the proposal for payment of an interim dividend for FY 2025-26.
