Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.'s consolidated net profit rose 14.1% year-on-year to Rs 1,440 crore for the quarter-ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday.
The company's bottom line has beaten the consensus estimate of Rs 1,324 crore of analysts tracked by Bloomberg.
HAL's revenue during the third quarter rose 14.8% to Rs 6,957 crore in the October-December period, as against Rs 6,061 crore over the same period last year.

Revenue rises 14.8% to Rs 6,957 crore versus Rs 6,061 crore (Bloomberg estimate: Rs 7,012 crore).
Ebitda up 17.2% at Rs 1,683 crore versus Rs 1,435 crore (Estimate: Rs 1,711 crore).
Margin expands to 24.2% versus 23.7% (Estimate: 24.4%).
Net profit up 14.1% at Rs 1,440 crore versus Rs 1,261 crore (Estimate: Rs 1,324 crore).
The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 25 per share for financial year 2024-25, and has fixed Feb. 18 as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible for the dividend payout.
After the quarterly results were declared, shares of HAL were trading 1.44% lower at Rs 3,595.65 apiece on the BSE at 1:48 p.m., while the benchmark Sensex was flat.
