Hero MotoCorp Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, May 13, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and fiscal ended March 31, 2025.
In a filing, the company informed the stock exchanges that the Board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval.
Hero MotoCorp Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. has said that its trading window has been closed from Tuesday, April 1 for designated persons and their immediate relatives to deal in the company’s securities, as per the SEBI guidelines on insider trading. It will remain shut till 48 hours after the declaration of its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 2025.

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. has announced that it will hold an earnings conference call with analysts and investors at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, to discuss its financial results for Q4 and FY25.

Hero MotoCorp Q3 Results
Hero MotoCorp posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,108.3 crore for the quarter ended December 2024, up from Rs 1,091.92 crore in the same period a year ago.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 10,259.89 crore in the October-December 2024 quarter, compared to Rs 9,787.86 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24.

Hero MotoCorp shares have gained 1.7% in the past five sessions, while rising 3.2% in the last one month. The stock has, however, declined 16.9% in the past six months, while sliding nearly 20% in the last year. Shares of the company have declined 6.1% year-to-date.
Hero MotoCorp shares hit a 52-week high of Rs 6,246.25 apiece on the NSE on Sept. 24, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 3,344 apiece on April 7, 2025.
Hero MotoCorp shares were trading at Rs 3,925.90 apiece on the NSE, up 1.87% as of 11:37 a.m. on Monday as compared to a 3.02% rise in benchmark Nifty 50.
