In a notice to the bourses on Jan. 4, Bajaj Finserv Ltd. said it will declare its October-December quarter results on Thursday, Jan. 30.

"Notice is hereby given that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30 January 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024," the company stated.

Bajaj Finserv will also hold a conference call with investors and analysts at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31. During the call, the company's senior management will discuss its Q3 financial performance.

“This is to inform you that a conference call for analysts/institutional investors will be held on Friday, 31 January 2025 at 10.00 a.m. (IST) in respect of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2024,” the company said in a separate stock exchange filing on Jan. 23.

Shares of Bajaj Finserv Ltd. have remained almost flat over the last five trading sessions on the NSE, rising only 1.19%. The shares have performed strongly over the past month, gaining 9.93% while rising nearly 7.2% in six months. Bajaj FInserv stock has gained over 5.89% in the past year. 

Bajaj Finserv Ltd. reported an 8% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 2,087 crore for the quarter ended Sept. 2024. Sequentially, the profit rose by 13%. Total revenue for the same period grew 30% year-on-year to Rs 33,703 crore.
