The Adani Group-owned cement manufacturer's bottom-line for the quarter under review more than doubled at Rs 1091.73 crore, according to an exchange filing.
ACC Q 3FY25 Results Highlights (Consolidated, YoY)
Revenue up 7.25% at Rs 5,207.29 crore versus Rs 4,855.22 crore.
Ebitda down 53.22% at Rs 395.63 crore verss Rs 845.58 crore.
Margin down 981 bps at 7.59% versus 17.41%.
Net profit up 103.06% at Rs 1,091.73 crore versus Rs 537.63 crore.
What Impacted Earnings
ACC's revenue from operations during the quarter grew over 7% year on year to Rs 5,207.29 crore in the third quarter. The company's total income also benefited from a 12x growth in government grants to Rs 720.1 crore and a 17x jump in other income.
This higher topline as well as 16% year on year drop in power and fuel costs aided the company's net profits.
The company's Ebitda remained under pressure due to higher material costs, stock in trade purchases, and employee benefit expenses and other expenses.
