A major fire broke out at a Vishal Mega Mart Ltd.'s outlet in Haryana's Ambala on Tuesday morning. Firefighting operations are currently underway, as per ANI report.
This is the second fire incident in a Vishal Mega Mart outlet in three months. Earlier on July 4, a tragic fire broke out at the store operated by Vishal Mega Mart subsidiary, Airplaza Retail Holdings in Delhi's Karol Bagh resulted in the death of two individuals.
In its official statement on July 5, the company expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and assured that it is fully cooperating with the Delhi Police, who have registered an FIR and initiated a formal investigation into the cause and circumstances of the fire.
